"Pros: Beautiful condo right off the beach. The location was perfect. Spacious for our group of 5 adults and one child. Great communication with the hosts. Very clean space. Cons: other condos in the building includes free use of the beach loungers and umbrellas that are available at the beach behind the condos. We were 1 of 4 other units in the building that had to pay to use that equipment. At the price we paid, it would have been nice if that was included."

Check in and departure were extremely organized and Kristine kept in touch and offered information in what to do in the area. We were there with our 5 and 3 year old and we all loved it! "Amazing comfort with a gorgeous view of the beach. The room was exactly as described, and even better in person. Major points for cleanliness! They did a great job making the space ready (early actually) for our check in. We felt very welcome and at home! We will definitely be back! The beach service was the best, but be aware, they start clearing up the chairs at 5pm. The guys were very kind and hardworking. Please tip well! Thank you for hosting us!"

"Condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and Kristine emailed to let me know that it was cleaned and available for early check in. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The walk from the condo to the beach is very short compared to other places that I’ve stayed. I will definitely be back the next time that I visit Destin!"

The kitchen had everything we needed for a couple meals. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Kristine was easy a great host and communicated everything we needed to know. "Condo is in mint condition. Any questions prior to booking were answered in a timely manner. Check in couldn’t have gone any easier. Location to the beach is great just a short walk. Pool was perfect if you have children. Quiet area and there’s a restaurant close by you can grab food at lunch. Will absolutely book again."
