"My family and I had an awesome stay at the Ultimate Beach Condo! The condo was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and plenty of good restaurants or grocery stores if you prefer to cook your own meals. I recommend reserving your beach service ahead of time so you can get setup in the front. I also recommend printing your welcome letter and bringing it with you because it has everything you need to know. Kristine and her cohosts were awesome and quick to respond to questions. "We had a great time staying here! View and beach access are amazing and the condo pools are nice too. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and container you could need and beds were very comfortable! Decor is beautifully done and well coordinated. Parking and access to the room is super easy and plenty of spots within walking and driving distance. Consider bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. if you are staying more than a week, and pack beach towels. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is the perfect size for a family of 4 as we were all able to have our own space and bathrooms. The decor makes you feel like you’re at the beach. The resort itself has awesome amenities including a beautiful gulf side pool and a tiki bar with beach service. The location is perfect for the heart of Destin and close to The Track and Big Kahuna’s, which our kids loved. Kristine was super helpful in answering questions. We will definitely rebook with her!!"

"When thinking of going away somewhere that's not home this Airbnb is the place to go. It's your home away from home. Set in a perfect spot in Destin. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Condo is clean, with every amenity you need to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. The beds were comfy, a fan in every main room, the balcony overlooked what I would call a bay. You can look down below and see one of the pools to see how crowded it was. Very nice stay would definitely book again."

"My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location and we loved the variety of pools and hot tubs available. The best feature about this condo location was the access to having a tiki bar waitress who would serve (both food and rinks) right at your beach chair! (Thank you to our host for suggesting we book these chairs early!) You can tell the condo is older; however, Kristine has done a lovely job with fixing it up like new. We would return again!"

"We had a nice time on our trip and the unit is exactly as advertised. Nothing to do with the unit, however worth mentioning, is beach location. The beach and ocean are beautiful, par the course for the panhandle. But this particular unit is in a high rise of condos. That high rise has only a certain area of the beach you are allowed to be on for the day. Directly right and left is owned by different condos. There is a company on site that sells umbrellas and chairs for the day and if you don’t rent from them and have your own shade, you have to stay in an area at the very back of the beach. Also there are rules as to what type of shade you can erect. You can’t put up your own umbrellas, etc. All of this is probably fine for most people. But if you are like myself and crave a more laid back beach experience, without restrictions, take note of this. Overall we had a wonderful time. The unit was nice and I’d say is perfect for up to 4 people. It holds six but with one shower, up to four is probably more comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze! Also worth noting…washers and dryers are outside of the unit. They are public and we were unable to use them since we visited at a busy time. All of this was communicated before, but if you are like me and just zoom through details, this is good to know beforehand!"

"This rental is exactly as depicted. It was extremely clean, beautiful view and coffee on the balcony did not disappoint. Kristine also provides family board games and puzzles which came in handy for the one rainy day we had. She is also extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. One thing I will note is that this definitely is not a full two bedroom. There is one bedroom and the bunk beds are in the hallway. For our family of four, it was a little hard in the mornings/nights when we were up and kids were trying to sleep. So if you have a baby or small kids that you want to be able to shut the door for them to sleep/nap, you’ll need a bigger place."
