"Room and view were amazing. No fault of the owner but the resort itself could use some updating and cleanliness. Bathrooms in lobby always smelled and were gross. Tiki hut is privately owned and not always open due to weather conditions. Elevators are flaky and one of the pools and hot tub close at dark."

"Absolutely wonderful! The unobstructed view is beautiful. This place truly is beach side, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is nothing between you and the sand, except some stairs. The condo itself is also beautiful. Very, very clean (and we are picky)! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, and the beds/furniture are all comfortable. My husband loved looking out at the ocean while sitting in the recliner. We are so glad we found Beach House Condo 201A, and we will definitely be back!"

"Great stay with super convenient access to the beach. Beach was not overly crowded and short drive into Destin if you wanted to venture out! We visited the ice cream shop across the street 2-3 times during our stay and played mini golf there our last day which was actually so fun! Note that the master window is right next to elevator so can get a little noisy in the morning and evening time. Otherwise comfortable! Kristine was so responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Nice unit for a small family and look forward to coming back."

"We loved our stay at this condo. Everything was very clean, even the kitchen ware was clean and new looking. We had a fabulous view of the beach. The condo was quiet. We never heard any noise from adjoining condos or the pool. Check in was seamless. Everything was in working order and we felt very safe and at home there. We would recommend this condo 100%! "What a great family weekend! We went down for a long weekend with 5 of us (and 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The 2nd floor location was great and being next to the stairs and having the parking space in the parking garage was so nice. The back deck was a great place for morning coffee and watching the sunset and the location was so close to the pool and beach. Will definitely return to Gulf Dunes 216."

"We love this location and have been going for years. This place was clean and convenient. Right in the beach. Lots of food and activities nearby. The beach on this property can get very crowded though. Rows of umbrellas and chairs block the view of the ocean, unless you are renting chairs and umbrella, your stuck in the back, which can get inconvenient with children."

"Destin Florida was on our bucket list so we spent an extensive time researching places to stay and chose Kristine’s unit in Gulf Dunes! We wanted our first visit to Destin to be extra special and it was all that and more! We rented in early May and the weather was simply perfect! Sunny and high 80’s to low 90’s with zero rain each day! It also wasn’t very crowded wherever we went! The unit, the beach and location were exactly as advertised and described! Our unit was a 1 BR, 1.5 baths, fully equipped with all the kitchen necessities and amenities, a washer and dryer right in our unit and a nice covered balcony with incredible and mesmerizing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico! This is a direct beachfront unit which was important to us and what we wanted! The unit was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the elevator was next to our unit for added convenience! There are bunk beds in the hallway which are great for kids if needed and a sleeper sofa. There is a nice pool which we never used because we preferred the beach but it did provide a second option for outdoor fun! There is a large parking lot with free parking for the guest on the property with easy access to the elevators which is a plus! The beach is one of the best we’ve ever seen and we have traveled to some amazing tropical places around the world! The sand is sugary white and soft and is always cool! The emerald water was crystal clear and calm and simply breathtaking to look at! The beach was always clean and the beach attendant Joel had chairs and umbrellas setup each morning for our use and were included in our rental! We would spend the entire day each day on the beach! We simply couldn’t get enough of it and miss it already! We would take a small cooler filled with water and snacks and relax for the day! There are bathrooms next to the pool for convenience and also water hoses at the beach access bridge to clean the sand off. The location in Fort Walton Beach, Ocaloosa Island was perfect for us! It’s about 5 miles west of Destin which was a short 10 minute drive to the Harbor Walk. The beach and area was much less congested here and that was very important to us! We are in our 50’s and prefer a quieter beach experience! Destin, Miramar and Santa Rosa are a short drive away with tons of great restaurants and activities but there are plenty of restaurants right in Fort Walton Beach as well as shopping. There was a Publix grocery store only 5 minutes away. We did a dolphin tour with Southern Star Cruise which was fantastic! If you’re on the fence reading hundreds of reviews like I did and can’t make a decision then let me help you! Choose Kristine’s units! She’s a wonderful Super Host that will help make your vacation experience in Destin Florida and fabulous one! You will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to book again with Kristine!"

"This condo was just perfect. It was by far the cleanest place we have ever rented. Everything was beautifully decorated and well stocked of everything you could need. I would absolutely recommend staying here for your beach trip. Absolutely gorgeous place and check in was so easy and convenient. Love it!"

"This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was EXTREMELY clean & open & beautiful. There are ‘sound machines’ in each room which we all used. That was great. There was also a box fan in the master closet, so if you wanted to lag one along, no need! 🙂 Careful not to fall, as the rug around the master bed, moves & is slippery on the floor. Also, they have high top, light weight, aluminum chairs on the balcony for the best view over the dune area, however currently there isn’t another option for sitting, so my mom & aunt overweight with knee problems, had to bring a dining chair out to sit out there. The internet was extremely challenging. There are lots of games & dvds in the hutch the tv is on in the living room areas. There are extra blankets in the closets! 🙂 It is on the first floor above a parking garage & there is an elevator. It was on the beach and very close to everything, going left into Pensacola or right into Destin. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"This condo is a wonderful place to stay! The balcony view is incredible and being steps from the beach is priceless. We enjoyed the pools and convenience shop in the lobby. The king bed is very comfortable! The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook a few meals during our stay. Our only complaint was that the shower was not very clean and there was no way to use the tub (we had a toddler that needed a bath!) I’m sure these things will be remedied!"
