"This unit was a great experience for my family! We’ve stayed in many “high rise” condos in different areas only to fight the crowds at the resort and on the beach. We loved having quick access to the beach with reserved chairs (come with the room). We would definitely reserve this unit again!"

The pier is great for watching wildlife and Stewby’s steamer across the street had amazing crab legs! Kristine provided great communication. Near instant responses to messages."

"Sleeps 10- Three king size beds plus queen size couch bed. Everyone loved the mattress on the couch bed a lot. Plus 2 twin size beds in ottomans that can be moved in any room. Kitchen table seats 8. The view is amazing/ right on the beach. Loved that it was the top floor so you didn’t have people making noise above you. The location is great since Destin is just 4 minutes away. A Publix grocery store is right around the corner. Beautifully decorated . 5 stars"

"Sparkling clean. That's how I would describe everything about this vacation. This condo was immaculate, spacious and beautiful. The reservation and check-in processes were about as simple and easy as they could possibly be. After a long drive, the no stress check-in was a blessing. Communication with Kristine was almost instantaneous and always helpful. In fact, she was so fast getting back to me about something that I missed the call and had to call her back. I felt kinda silly. Anyway, we had a wonderful time. As I said , sparkling applies to everything there. That beach is just incredible. The sand is so white and the water is so clear that you feel like you are on a Caribbean island. Even the weather hear is fascinating. We had a short thunderstorm every day. I loved watching them come in off of the Gulf. I will definitely book next summer."

"Kristine was a great host! Communicated well and everything was as stated. This place is the best location you will experience and it’s close to Destin. All amenities are at your fingertips, we literally walked and used Uber for all of our needs. It was so nice and easy to come back for lunch and hang out at the condo then hop back on the beach."
