One thing to note is the beach policies, I would check those out prior to booking, however that had nothing to do with this unit. Do it! Book it!"

"5 star place! Beautiful view of beach from balcony, super clean, nice layout and very accommodating owners. we enjoyed every moment here. It is directly in front of the elevator which made for fantastic convenience but, some noise from people that were talking waiting for elevator, checking in or out with the luggage carts bumping the walls from time to time during the day but, it wasn't a big enough deterrent for me to not stay as it was during the day and it was quiet at night! Kris was amazing with communication on a quick fix dishwasher issue and it was smooth sailing the rest of the week. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Awesome condo. The place was clean, had everything we needed to cook, board games for rainy days, washer and dryer were handy as well. Since we were 6 adults we really liked the 3 king suites, each couple had their own bathroom. Nice pool and beach area too. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Our family lived staying at Kristen’s Airbnb. We definitely enjoyed the wonderful ocean view and fireworks from the balcony. The location is great and close to everything around the city. Although the Pelican Beach Resort itself was a little outdated and crowded (due to busy season), Kristen’s Airbnb was the exact opposite! The Airbnb was newly renovated, beautiful decorated, peaceful, and stocked full of amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!!"

"Great area, great value. About 20 mins to walk along the beach to the pier that has some shops and restaurants. Away from crowds and party-goers, this was a wonderfully relaxing area to vacation. Great for families, friends and couples. About 7 minutes driving from Destin."

"Great place with an AMAZING view! Just steps away from the beach and the hotel has it’s own private access to the beach. There’s even a nice gift shop located inside the hotel where you can buy cute souvenirs or snacks/drinks, etc. My kids loved the bunk beds in this room. Would definitely recommend this place for a small family who wants to have a relaxing beach vacation. I’ll definitely be staying here if I come to Destin again."
