"This is a great place to stay. The condo itself is very spacious, more spacious than I expected from the pictures. They also have oscillating fans for every room, so if you are like me and have to sleep with a fan, you do not have to pack yours! Just make sure that you get down to the beach early to reserve a spot. It is first come, first serve as I was told by the beach service crew. The first day we were unaware and had to wait for others to leave. The second day, we sent one of our party down at 6:30 AM to get a front row seat, but they are reserved for the owners and there were already people waiting to reserve. It was just a completely different experience than any other beach service I have had with other condos."

"Condo unit was as described. Good view of the ocean and we appreciated the beach service. The beach has public access points, but the area behind Gulf Dunes sees less use than other areas, especially as you head east. Many of the other units were rented by families, so we did not have any issues with noise. If you cannot access the WiFi when you arrive, unplug the modem/router for 10 seconds. There’s a WiFi switch on the wall, but turning that off did not reset the modem/router. Once we cycled the power to the modem, we had no further issues."

"Very nice place to stay for summer vacation, beach and swimming are within walking distance with private access. The view from our balcony was amazing. Love the new inside look of the condo, very spacious and modern with full use of kitchen. We will definitely come back. Host was very helpful and fast at responding. Thank you Kristine!"

"Great host and a great condo! The location is amazing. It’s an end unit with tons of windows. It’s beautifully decorated and has large televisions in each room. The condo property grounds is very clean and meticulously maintained with lots of amenities. It has good sized pool (5 ft. deep at its deepest), a hot tub that can comfortably fit about 8-10 adults and a separately fenced kids pool (1.5 ft. deep with a splash pad). It has several tennis courts (you’ll need to bring your own equipment) and a small arcade. And its just a short 100-yard walk to a private beach with beach service. Tip: Go out in the morning to claim your chairs and umbrella."

"This unit is absolutely perfect! Kristine has thought of everything you could need while on vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen, a closet of games & beach toys, to a list of suggestions of places to eat & things to do around town- she has it all covered! The sleep number beds were heavenly, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Kristine had excellent communication, with very specific instructions for checking in & out, and had a very quick response time if I had a question. We had a great time here & honestly can’t wait to go back!"

"This is the perfect setting for a beach get-away! We loved the proximity to the beach and how EASY it was to stroll from the condo to the beach. The keyless entry was a big bonus-loved not having to take care of keys/keycards! The condo itself was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and the dishes and pots/pans were nice, which mattered a great deal to me as we prepared several meals while we were there. There was plenty of covered parking which was great! We will definitely be back!"
