"The unit was as described -- clean, well-maintained, and furnishings were up-to-date. The hosts were very responsive as this was a last-minute booking. We had to switch accomodations shortly after we arrived in Ft. Walton Beach due to other circumstances at another condo. The entire process, from booking on Airbnb to signing the rental agreement to receiving check-in instructions, was a breeze. The unit was spacious enough for our family of 5. All startup items were sufficient for our short stay. The balcony and furniture were spacious as well. Balcony overlooks the splash pad area of the pool. Go down one floor and you're at the walkway to the pool. Beach was also easily accessible from the pools. Our kids loved the different pool options. The included beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) was worth it alone! It was convenient to not have to take any other items down to the beach. The property felt safe and is very family-oriented. Would consider booking with the hosts again!"

The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach, which was perfect since we had toddlers with us, and having pool access on the property made it even more enjoyable. I also brought my elderly mother, and the convenience of being steps away from the beach made everything so much easier for her. One of my favorite parts was starting the mornings with coffee on the balcony and ending the evenings watching the moonlight reflect on the water — so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small challenge was with the number air mattresses that lost firmness overnight, but honestly, the location and experience far outweighed that. This was a 5-star stay for us, and we would definitely come back!"

"I loved this location for our family vacation! The apartment was just as described and it was very clean. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. We loved that they also had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, beach toys and a milkshake machine! The beach was gorgeous! Powder white sand and turquoise water. The included beach chairs and umbrella service was also really nice! We had a small issue with the WiFi but they responded right away and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!"

"No complaints at all. Kristine's description of the home, location, rules (such as trash disposal, etc.) were accurate and reasonable. The home is located almost at the end of the street, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We were a group of six people (the home allows up to 12), so there was no need for us to test out the roll-away bed(s), and we had plenty of room. I slept in two different beds during the stay and they were both fine, comfort wise, and I didn't hear any complaints from the other people I was with regarding the beds. The huge pool (reminds me of a full-blown resort pool) was amazing; very warm, clean, and actually pretty, with a zero-entry option. And while the pool area just has one hot tub (average size), it was always on and always hot -- I'm not a world traveler but I've never seen a hot tub stay on continuously, with no timer in sight, and be consistently hot. And the beach -- amazing warm water, gentle waves, and clear - and yes, you can see the fish."
